Ukraine’s Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, several top Interior Ministry officials and three children were among the dead, said Ihor Klymenko, chief of Ukraine’s National Police. JAZZ pianist Fergus McCreadie’s Forest Floor was named as the winner of the Scottish Album of the Year (SAY) Award on Thursday night.
