General manager Paul Green has urged Chelsea Women to keep the momentum going after seeing his side overcome Brighton & Hove Albion to record a fourth consecutive league victory on Sunday. The Blues introduced fresh legs as we went in search of a second goal which arrived five minutes from time. Fresh from the bench, Harder raced through on goal and buried the ball expertly beyond Megan Walsh in the Brighton goal to ensure the three points would be heading back to London. We didn’t have perhaps the control that we wanted so that second goal from Pernille from an acute angle was great. Green praised the players coming into the starting 11 who contributed to clinching the desired result.
