Life in the Fast-Food Lane follows three food couriers as they embark on delivery shifts across Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield. He made £18 in that time, which equates to £7.20 per hour, below the UK National Living Wage of £9.50 an hour. His earnings equated to £7.75 an hour, so also fell under the National Living Wage. In a statement Stuart said their pay exceeds the National Living Wage for the time couriers spend on a delivery, adding: "Stuart is committed to paying the equivalent of the National Living Wage for couriers while they are actively working on the platform." Viktória Klimentová said her contract with Foodstuff gives her a bit more securityViktória Klimentová, 28, is a Manchester-based food courier employed by food delivery platform Foodstuff.

The electric cabs are currently only available for pre-scheduled trips. The electric cabs are available through the Reserve feature on the app, allowing customers to choose a pick-up time for the ride up to 30 days in advance. The state government in Delhi, for instance, says it has installed 1,000 EV charging points across the city. In 2018, it launched a program called "Mission: Electric" to bring electric cabs, electric auto rickshaws, electric buses, rooftop solar installations, charging stations and battery swapping experiments in the country. Other than Uber and Ola, Gujarat-based BluSmart Electric Mobility is also in the race for EV cabs in the South Asian market.

Four people were killed and 13 others injured by a Ukrainian strike Thursday on a river crossing in southern Ukraine that was annexed by Russia last month, Russian authorities said. The strike comes as Russian and Ukrainian troops appeared to be preparing for major battle over the industrial port city of Kherson. Kherson is the largest Ukrainian city that Russia holds and was the first it captured during the invasion. Although Russia and Iran deny it, Kirby said Russia has received dozens of drones from Iran and will likely get more. A minute later, Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown likewise announced his departure from Donda Sports, a day after he declared that he was sticking with West's sports agency. Donald cited West's "displays of hate and antisemitism" as the impetus for his decision. Vogue previously announced that it has no intention of working with him again. Donald's and Brown's announcements followed Adidas' decision.

China Covid: Videos emerge of rare protests in Tibet

Footage has emerged showing what appear to be rare large-scale protests against strict Covid-19 measures in the Tibetan regional capital, Lhasa. Multiple videos on social media show hundreds demonstrating and clashing with police. The BBC was unable to independently verify the videos, which have been removed on Chinese social media but reposted on Twitter. One Lhasa resident told the BBC that she didn't see the protests as she was still under lockdown, but had seen numerous videos circulating in chat groups. Tibet is governed as an autonomous region of China, and Beijing says it has developed considerably under its rule.
