Issa Rae was also recognized with the Equity in Entertainment Award, given to an individual who amplifies the voices of underrepresented communities in the entertainment industry. Inside the breakfast, Chelsea Handler kicked off the morning, declaring, “There is nothing I take more pride in than supporting other women.
