Shortly after 8 pm ET on Oct. 6, the official Twitter account for the Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee posted three words — “Kanye. Trump.” — as an apparent troll to celebrate the ability of Kanye West (now known as Ye), Elon Musk, and former President Donald Trump to trigger irritation and rage on the left. On Nov. 23, Trump hosted West and neo-Nazi Nick Fuentes for a dinner at his home at Mar-a-Lago. Multiple leaks and news reports described the former president, West, and Fuentes as having a warm conversation until West reportedly asked the former president to be his vice president for a 2024 campaign. Several top Republicans, including Trump allies, publicly criticized the former president for the meeting with West and Fuentes.1 month ago Mediaite
The Washington Post reported Thursday that billionaire prospective Twitter owner Elon Musk has plans to slash 75% of employees from the company, and that that board was planning deep cuts even without a Musk sale. But on Friday the company sent a memo to worried employees denying there were plans in the works for massive layoffs. Overlooked in some of the more harried reactions to that plan was that the Post further reported that massive layoffs were likely whether Musk took over or not. The company also planned to make major cuts to its infrastructure, including data centers that keep the site functioning for more than 200 million users that log on each day. On Wednesday’s edition of CNBC’s Squawk Box, Kernan suggested Biden may have been correct, at least for now. The PCE price index increased 4.2 percent, compared with an increase of 7.3 percent. LINDSEY PIEGZA: Well, I think the third quarter number was certainly better than expected, as Rick laid out. So I don’t think that we’re seeing upward momentum in any of the components in the third quarter report.3 months ago Mediaite
He showed political analyst Tim Miller saying, “Let’s be clear about just how radical the Kari Lakes and Blake Masters are. Kari Lake is extreme,’ scream the people who support open borders and late-term, sex-selective abortions, and the castration of children. “That would include, amazingly, former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, who they told you was a conservative. Not surprisingly, Liz Cheney has come to the same conclusion about Kari Lake,” Carlson added before playing a clip of Cheney saying she would actively campaign against Lake. “Yes, got to stop Kari Lake, she’s a fascist.3 months ago Mediaite

Also, like Fetterman, Sen. Ben Ray Luján had a stroke earlier this year. Moreover – and I can’t emphasize this enough – in 2000, Missouri voters elected a dead guy to the United States Senate. That’s right. And you better believe that if Oz were the one who had the stroke, Republicans would be insisting he’s still up for the task. Fetterman’s stroke matters, but it’s hardly the most important facet of his candidacy.3 months ago Mediaite
